The Columbarium at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church is a consecrated place for the committal of cremated remains of deceased church members and other eligible persons.
It is an arrangement of niches into which an urn is placed for permanent memorial.
Each niche will have the capacity for one or two urns depending on the niche size purchased.
Each niche shall have an engraved plaque attached. The Engraving will a standard size, style, and format. Inscription shall include full name of deceased, date of birth, and date of death.
